What exactly is an AI assistant and why does my business need one? +

An AI assistant is a software program that can have real conversations with your customers on your website or social media — answering questions, collecting info, and taking actions like booking appointments. How long does it take to build my assistant? +

Most assistants are built and ready to review within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form. More complex setups (like Full Stack with CRM integration) may take 3–5 business days. We'll always give you a firm timeline before we start.

What information do you need from me to build the assistant? +

Everything we need is collected through our Client Intake Form. It covers your services, pricing, hours, FAQs, brand voice, and technical setup. It takes about 10 minutes to complete. The more detail you provide, the better trained your assistant will be.

Do I need any technical knowledge to work with you? +

Zero technical knowledge required. You fill out the intake form, we handle everything else — building, training, and deploying the assistant. For installation on your website, we'll provide a simple snippet of code that your web developer (or us, if needed) can paste in.

The Assistants
Will the assistant sound like a roassistant or like my actual business? +

Your assistant will sound like you. We train it on your brand voice, your specific services, and your actual business information. You choose the tone (casual, professional, warm, direct) and we build accordingly. Before going live, you test it and we refine it until it feels right.

What happens when the assistant doesn't know the answer? +

The assistant is trained to gracefully handle anything outside its knowledge by collecting the customer's contact info and sending you an alert so you can follow up personally. It never just says "I don't know" and leaves the customer hanging.

Which platforms can the assistant be deployed on? +

We can deploy your assistant on your website (any platform), Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and Google Business Chat. The Full Stack plan includes all platforms simultaneously.

Can the assistant book appointments directly? +

Yes. Booking integration is available on Power Assistant and Full Stack plans. We integrate with Calendly, Square Appointments, Mindbody, Acuity, and other popular booking tools. The assistant can show availability and complete the booking without the customer ever leaving the chat.

Pricing & Contracts
Is there a contract or long-term commitment? +

No contracts. The setup fee is one-time, and the monthly retainer is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you cancel, we hand over all your assistant assets and configuration files — you own everything we built for you.

Do I get charged per message or conversation? +

No. Your assistant handles unlimited conversations for the flat monthly retainer. No surprise overage charges, ever.

What does the monthly retainer actually cover? +

Monthly maintenance covers: updating the assistant when your services, hours, or pricing change; monitoring for issues and performance; refreshing training data; and access to our support team. Without maintenance, your assistant can become outdated quickly as your business evolves.

Technical
Will the assistant slow down my website? +

No. The assistant widget loads asynchronously — it doesn't block or delay your page from loading. Most clients see zero impact on their page speed scores after installation.

Is my customers' data secure? +

Yes. All customer data collected by the assistant is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely. We never sell customer data to third parties. We can provide data handling documentation upon request.

What if my website gets redesigned or changes platforms? +

No problem. The assistant is platform-agnostic — it's just a small embed code. As long as you can add a snippet of code to your site, the assistant works. We'll help you migrate it if needed at no extra charge.
